Plastic is so clear that i could easily see when the wires were misaligned before crimping. They lign up well in multiple brand crimpers. After crimping they fit perfectly.

These mod tips perform quite well. If you are unsure or require accurate-spec components it may be best to go with a brand more established in your industry. These ends are fantastic.

The rj45 ends are out of spec. The 'guides' for the individual wires have a very little wiggle room and if the sheething is any bit out of round they just get stuck.
