Inexpensive and durable. Works as expected and advertised. Needed an active dvi to displayport adapter for my mbp to caldigit dock.

Cons

Incorrect cable error when trying to run 120hz or 144hz @ 1920x1080 on my acer gn276hl. Will not allow 144hz frequency. Is not a true active cable.

There is no way to get the full quality out of your system when you need to use an adapter but unless youre a huge snob it usually doesnt matter
