Pros

Cable is a perfect solution for more easily accessing oddly-placed lan ports. The top of my ea4500 has an edge that overhangs all 4 sides of the unit as part of its design. This is where this cable came in and fits great completed the task.

The cable itself appears to be well made with nice materials the bonus is that it is a coupler. Both the male & female connectors are solid. The plug end is solid with no play, and the receptacle isn't too large and bulky.

Cons

Never worked. It's too late to return it. Into the recycle pile it goes.

I bought two of these to connect a hdbaset cat6 cable to two overhead projectors.

Works as expected; with cat5 you get the full gigabit, but haven't had a chance to test with higher speeds of cat6.
