Based on my experience so far i would recommend these cables which are a good value.

    As shown in a few other pics each set of wires is wrapped and then rapped again as a whole so seems to be great for interference dampening

    Moving to my spare attic cable a 9 year old 30 meter cat5 cable it was reduced to about 9011

    These tests were during off peak times and when cox is doing well which is most of the time as opposed to the occasional evening video prime viewing time when everybody is streaming and service may dip a bit

    The gold plated connectors are supposed to improve efficiency in downloading and uploading and while i havent seen any increased efficiency i have not seen any decreased efficiency and think my limiting factor is my internet connection
