Product is not compatible with mac os x or ubuntu linux. Will be returning to this site to try and fix the problem. Has been tested on ubuntu linux as well, but no luck. Can't connect to any network on os.
With two hdmi plugged in, it extends only a single desktop which is mirrored across both external displays. Randomly while using my 2 monitors one just goes out. The 4k one flickers and blinks constantly.

Fyiif both tvs are not 4k you will lose your ability to have 4k on either tv with directtv

I expect that whether or not this works for you to connect two external monitors will likely be dependent on whether your computer will accept two monitors through one usbc

I ended up having run one monitor through this usbc to hdmi and one through my actual hdmi port to extend across all three screens
