Great product, works well enough for me, and i will reorder when i run out. Received as advertised with quick shipment. Makes your thinking clearer.
I take a pill when i'm feeling sleepy. No problem sleeping. Caffeine sometimes makes me on edge and its nice to just take a pills. Getting enough sleep and eating well is much more important than taking stimulants.
Cons
Better off brewing coffee and drinking it. One cup of starbucks blond roast is a little over 200mg of caffeine. Broke out in hives on day two. Returned the pill.
