I purchased this pan to use in my breville bov845bss smart oven pro convection toaster oven with element iq 1800 w stainless steel but it was almost 1 cm too long

I already own some wilton whoopie pans that i use in my standard size oven when i am making large batches for the whole family or a party but was looking for something smaller for one or two people

This is not a big worry for most items i am cooking except one eggs

You can put a small egg in this cake boss pan with no problem but if you use an extra large one then the egg white will not all fit

My fix is to put my largest eggs in the cups closest to the center of the pan so if they spill over they wont go into the oven

The nonstick coating in this pan does not seem to be as good as the wilton pan

Pancakes wont brown in the oven unless you cook them at a higher temperature cooking them for longer to brown them will dry them out
