I wear a 38d and i got a medium and they fit great.

I bought my usual size which is extra large returned it because it was way too big and got a large

These are for sleeping so maybe that is why but they offer next to no support

I love that the material is 95 cotton fake material made my skin sweat and caused pimples in the past
