Pros
The large has the pad slots also. It also holds my breasts in while i’m sleeping! They’re really easy to just flip down and feed baby during the day and throughout the night.
Covers everything and fits nice and snug. My only issue with these is the seam placement on the front/side of the bra, but it's not a huge problem. Perfect fit with a 36 dd.
Medelas is more elastic but thinner and white. I like that these are thicker and solids.
Super happy with my purchase. Couldn't be happier. Will be placing a 2nd purchase shortly.
Super comfortable and breathable. Great for postpartum. Easy to clean, comfortable to wear, streamline nursing.
Cons

I would recommend for price, and quality of product.
Easy access for nursing and very comfortable.
Good price and decent quality otherwise though, maybe just avoid purchasing if you have sensitive skin.

I went up a size and bought a large like some suggested (i'm a 38d at the moment.
These are perfect for me to sleep in with those lansinoh breast pads!
They run a bit big i’m usually a small or xsmall

I had been using kindred bravely medium busty cotton sleep bras but they are quite uncomfortable and caused me to have clogged ducts because of the pressure they put on the side of my breast when i had them pulled to the side for nursing
