It has a basic appearance and was easily washed for the first time as it does have a newchemical smell which is normal for all new products these days so i do recommend trying the protector on your mattress for sizing before you wash it so if it needs to go back you’re able to get a refund and a larger or smaller size

I found the fit to be bit small for a 14 inch plush memory foam full size however it does stay on but kinda misses the sides so an extra inch would have been nice
