My second impression is that they are way too tight and too long compared to normal sizing

It takes both hands pulling really hard to get these past my ankles and once they are in place over my lower legs the bottom is down below my ankles and to top is up toward the center of my knee

They are so tight i had to make vertical 1 cuts in the top and bottom to ease the pressure and additional cuts at the calf to ease the pressure there
