Pros
They fit snug which is what you need. No pins and needles. They compress just right.
Rls keep my legs from swelling and from getting sweaty under the gown. I have a foot that especially gets swollen and aches (i think it's broken), and that foot feels great after my shift.
I have ms and these really help with muscle spasticity. I use this as my second pair after a dbt diagnosed two years ago. They help keep my calves warm and keep them from cramping.
Cons

There is not any sort of nonslip silicone grip but i found that they do not slide and stay in place
