Pros
It shows all roads and has good insets of the major cities. The city maps and zoom sections are really useful. Used it extensively to verify google maps navigation during a three-week long, 2000 mile road-trip through california, arizona and nevada.
Cons
The national park maps are worse than the google maps that you can download from the park service web site and print! This map is absolutely no help for my journey and i am considering returning it although that is inconvenient!

Used the map a few times when we had no sat nav or need to see the big picture the map is huge so not great to open up in the car so you need to fold it to the correct section

I had to separate the index which was bulky the map still came apart on the seams from use

Yes we had a sat nav for driving but a sat nav doesnt tell you what youre passing near and might like to visit and it doesnt allow you to choose an alternative route because it looks prettier on a map
