Pros

The chocolate flavor shines in this bittersweet chocolate. The chocolate has a silky texture, that even comes through after a bake. It is smooth and delicious.

Despite the mishap, the product is very good and worth the delay. Thanks for replying to my question. Their customer service department is great, too.

The only negative is that they are quite pricey. the seller has upgraded their product packaging, they pack with freezer bags and an well-padded package.

These are the best tasting callets! Must prefer this size callet, as opposed to the disks. Saves all the chopping. The callets are a convenient size for melting for truffles.

The classic choco-chip cookie is the gold standard. I use these chips for snacking as well as for cooking and the flavor is great. My cookies are truly magnifique now!

Cons

It's a bit subpar. The favor is not what i expected from premium belgium chocolate. It is repackaged cheap chips, not good belgian chocolate.

My experience has been that carriers left the package near my door without knocking or ringing the doorbell to indicate delivery.

Previous order from world wide chocolate came in quality gold metallic bag.

The package even came with frozen ice packs to keep the chocolate from melting.

Melted and dipped food grade roasted crickets in it for a unique christmas gift.
