I'm by no means a chocolate connoisseur but i find the chocolate to be far below the quality of, say, green and black, for a relatively equivalent price. Arrived all melted. Useless block of chocolate now.

S the 50 is a lot darker than the 50 hotel chocolat variety

As i dont have a velvetiser i use a ninja blender to make it extra smooth but you can just let the chocolate melt in the milk
