Pros
These taste so creamy, are fairly idiot proof and are so versatile. Can be used for so many things and always tastes amazing. It is of excellent quality and the flavour is amazing.
Cons
This product arrive faulty and unusable (similar to other users images) upon contacting them there was no response.
Opened the bag expecting to find choc chips (*) instead it is a solid block - suspect it was due to exposure to high heat. It's not even hot outside today.

I know the weather has been warm of late but from when i placed the order until i received the item it was a lot cooler meaning the problem was in the storage beforehand not in transit
