The sheets are not sticky at all so they do not help to remove debris from the tennis shoes. Just not effective for this application.

The mat stays in place very well you need to remove the thin plastic covering from the back to let it hold in place
Works great keeps dirt out of the house
Did not adhere well to tile bathroom floor and urine gathered under it especially along grout lines
Believe when used as marketed is prob a great product unfortunately did not work for our situation

Great value for the money there are a ton of sheets and each is numbered to help you tear off just one at a time
If i go through one sheet a day that is a very small price to pay to help keep from making the area around my project a complete mess

It is very sticky and kind of feels like youve been trapped by fly paper but has significantly helped reduce the amount of dirt being tracked in
