Pros

Product is exactly as described, but it still amazes me how small they are. These are sturdy and well built. Such a good buy purchasing this set.

This dispenser helps with minimizing the waste of hay. It's also easy to fill. My girls have no problem accessing the hay.

I have 2 guinea pig boys that can't share a space. At home, they each have a larger hay rack that i fill with timothy hay. This hay rack is very good for guinea pigs!

The grate is spring-loaded and presses down on the hay. It keeps it in place and isn't too hard to lift. The knob to attach is alittle stiff, but, other than that a great product.

Cons

Was happy to get this for my chinchillas but does not fit my critter nation cages. The bars on the cage are too small. The cage is too small for a chinchilla.
