Pros

When scrubbing still leaves things behind, a run through the dishwasher works great. Soaked it in hot water for about 15 minutes and used barkeepers friend on it.

This is calphalon's most expensive line of ss cookware since it has 5 layers. It heats quickly, and cooks chicken like a dream. Like any stainless steel pan it takes a bit to balance heat from burners with cooking.

Once you season this stainless pan, it’s awesome. My stir fries, omelets are so perfect.

This pan means never worrying about scratching, toxins, or regularly replacing. Cuisinart mcp pans are actually a bit thicker than this caphalon pan.

Never going back to non-stick. These are solid pieces, not the non- stick that wear out in a few years.

Cons

Pan looks fantastic when you take it out the box but thats the end of the party right there. After two weeks of light cooking with butter or olive oil, it looks like this. Imo its not worth the price.

Just a great skillet for a great price.

It is a great value and i would highly recommend this pan.

Amazon also has this pan on sale for $55, down from $80.

I feel that it is worth the price.

Shipping

I received all of the cookware today, and i put it through some paces.

Competitiveness

This one is as good or better than the tri ply.

However, i saw the multilayered construction, which is comparable to cuisinart mcp, plus the weight was higher.

And might buy another one of that brand.
