Pros
The signature non-stick is the best pan calphalon has produced. I have an old anodized (not non-stick) pan that has lasted a really long time and still does great. The non stick surface absolutely works well and the pan cooks very evenly.
It is one of calphlon's largest fry/saute pans, so it is very heavy. More than an omelette pan, this nice sized covered pan does well as a sauté pan both on the stove top and in the oven.
Calphalon pan is very durable and easy to clean. Quick rinse and paper towel cleanup is a breeze.
Cons
While the outer diameter is slightly more than 12 inches, the inner diameter is only about 8. The lips on this pan are just very angled to make it look like a 12-inch.

Feels high quality, one of the best pans i own.
I had a caphalon of these pans for over 7 years and was very pleased with the quality.
The oxo is far too thin & flimsy.
It's heavy, and remains non-stick after nine months of hard use.

I love it so much i own two and will never buy another brand.
It is heavier than many of it's competitors.
This is a replacement of unison slide.

The lid handle does begin to get hot to the touch if it has been on during cooking for a while
