Pros

The quality and durability is outstanding. In that sense it is very durable with riveted handle construction. They didn't disappoint.

Cons

The saucepan has a curved bottom perimeter, so it doesn't sit solidly. The pan in no more nonstick than my well seasoned cast iron. I prefer the cheap nonstick cookware from ikea that has lasted for years.

Subsequent emails questioning the resolution of my claim generate the same we are very busy with many emails and will look into your claim #* and get back to you. Skip this. It is not recommended.

Damaged upon arrival even though the box wasn't broken. Is there such a thing as counterfeit calphalon? It is not scratch resistant as i had expected and has a ptfe non-stick coating.
