We hand wash because we don't want a dishwasher. Overall very easy to clean, and scratch resistant.

The 8 quart stock pot and 3 quart saute pans are massive. The only negative is that the new set doesn't have a 4-qt pot.

It’s an investment that deserves research. Even if they only last 5 years i think the value is there, but i think there will be some decent longer ty to it as well. If you questioning it just buy them, they are worth it!

The quality of this high-end (and high-priced) version is vastly inferior to previous less-expensive versions. It seems as if their quality has diminished greatly over time. There is no way to replace items that have these defects.

The 10 pan requires a larger burner size (glass-top electric stove) than its size, or (for example) the pancake gets half-cooked.

Water seeps into the lid. The lids retain water and grime in them. The only solution is to place the lids in the oven at about 290 degrees for 30 minutes. This allows for water to seep in.
