Pros

Strong, sturdy and easy to clean. Just the right size for pancakes or grilled cheese sandwiches.

This pan cleans up very easily and looks like brand new. The roaster is dishwasher ready and should be easy to clean manually or in the dishwasher.

There are just a couple fewer grill bumps on this new calphalon pan. The pan is also very strong and sturdy. The handles are wide enough to hold with oven mitts and lift the pan out of the oven.

Calphalon premier hard-anodized nonstick 16-inch roaster with rack. Comes with a rack for roasting and is the cadillac of roasters.

The surface is non-stick and metal utensil safe. No scratches. Be sure to not use metal spoons or steel wool though.

Cons

The handles are miniscule. Less than three inches across on something designed to roast entire turkeys or roasts. Sold as “dishwasher safe’ so it was washed in dishwasher but metal utensils were never used.

It's a typical calphalon: excellent quality, top design and great utility.

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this product.

I can roast a couple chickens in it, but i can’t roast a turkey with the lid on.

After two months it's still in prestine condition.
