Pros

It heats evenly and quickly, cleans up in a snap, looks appealing, and feels durable. A personal the remaining working burner on our antiquated electric stove is a little wonky. It heats quickly and very evenly.

The see-through lid has a built-in strainer on each side. The lid is snug enough that there’s no concern that it will fall off in the middle of straining. The straining feature is very useful.

The interior seems as smooth and as nonstick as it ws when brand new. The finish is a beautiful upgraded nonstick surface that they say will stand up to the * of metal utensils. Calphalon also says this is dishwasher safe.

Opened the box and have already used it twice already today.

But the packaging isi have been using the skillet for several months now without an issue and just received the sauce pan.

Historically, calphalon made a lot of noise about making their products in the usa - toledo, ohio, to be exact.

This item is good but as others have noted, the pan is thinner than other premium level calphalon pots and pans.
