Pros

The glass lids fit perfectly and tend to get a lot of use. I have never needed to soak the pans, a sponge brings whatever is in the pan right off. Not so much to preserve them, but to not overly crowd the dishwasher. Lids are of superior workmanship!

The entire set looks brand new. This set in some ways is great but does have some flaws.

The coating is relatively durable compared to a conventional ptfe (the generic name for teflon) coating. The non stick is the most durable i have used.

If you questioning it just buy them, they are worth it! Even if they only last 5 years i think the value is there, but i think there will be some decent longer ty to it as well. Calphalon has a great warranty that they stand bye.

With the moniker 'premier' i expected them to be a litle thicker, that's my only gripe. They're ovenproof too which is great for those dishes which need transferring from hob to oven.

Cons

This product was received in an external brown box. Sending an online contact request to calphalon (per amazon instructions) has not produced any results after 3 days. Amazon needs to figure this out.

Excellent build quality, great heat retention (they behave very similarly to cast iron in that way) and great nonstick surface as well.

The 11-piece set i received was missing the 3-qt saucepan with cover and instead included the 13 fry pan with cover.

Competitiveness

I've been married for a total of 31 years and i cook meals at least 2x's day.

We just returned a larger set (diff brand) for about the same price.
