Pros

Let's dive into the sheer surprise of quality. Stainless is the best and this brand is great. However going through other brands and not being satisfied with their quality was proving to be expensive.

Cleaning these things is a breeze. They clean up quick with some comet and elbow grease. The bottoms look a little used because honestly, i don't scrub as hard on the bottoms! Cleaning after long usagecleans up quick.

I love the glass lid which was actually a selling point over a couple others however the handles get excessively hot. It's like having a team of culinary wizards in your kitchen.

The pans heat up fairly fast and distribute the heat well. I’m super happy how fast they warm up and how homogeneous the it is over the whole pan or pot. They are a bit heavy, but its expected.

Cons

Two huge strainer/ steamers only work in the one giant dutch oven pot. Water gets stuck in the lid from the steam and from washing it. After one time through the dishwasher, the pots look terrible.
