Pros
Easy to understand *. No problem and no leaking. Only complaint is it is loud! This things works as advertised! All i have to do is push a button!
The calphalon activesense blender is a simple touch of the screen to produce, with automated blending and smart features. It blends so smoothly, and being able control the desired thickness is a great feature.
It's easy to clean. It's dishwasher proof. The convenience of the two sizes of pitcher and easily unscrewed bottom makes everything so easy to use.
The included smoothie/milkshake cup is a great addition. This is the only blender i have ever used that doesn't get dead spots where food or powders will lodge and stick to the inside wall of the blender. God bless you.
Cons
Is it too late for a refund? Buyer beware. Product is clearly defective.

I’d had my eye on a vitamix but that price.
I purchased the calphalon activesense blender after finding it on sale and reading the reviews.
