Pros

It's honestly mind-blowing how good it is. It almost feels like i'm on the verge of a spiritual breakthrough.

Calphalon never disappoints but omg you got to pay! Now have 3. Pan seems well-constructed so if it lasts 10 years i will be happy.

Heats evenly and fast, is easily cleaned. After looking at all types of pans online (copper, teflon, etc. There are lower heat spots along the edges of the cooking surface but that may be a good thing sometimes. Heats very evenly and cleans up easily.... Read More

It cooks eggs very well. Made omelette, stir fry, egg fried rice and they all seem to be great. Replaced an older sauce pan that was supposed to be non-stick, but scrambling eggs proved that to be wrong.

Cons

The pan bottom is no longer flat making it wobbly and impossible to cook with. Just over time it bulges and becomes more rounded on the bottom. I have to let it soak in soap for hours to get the egg off the surface.

Very good nonstick pan, see-through lid is great.

A finished frittata easily slides out of the skillet onto the cutting board.

Basically, if you've never been exposed to the world of high quality non-stick cookware yet, just get the pan.

Pretty standard, i think, for a pan in this price range.
