Pros

The turbo convection feature is so nice! This does it all. The exterior stays cool and it's a solid, non-ugly appliance.

It toasts great, but it is so much more than a $300 toaster. Decided to dehydrate some cilantro this afternoon. Cookies and muffins as well. It is very versatile and has done a great job baking and reheating in addition to actual toasting.

Yes, the oven is a bit pricey, but its performance has has been superlative. It’s preferable to use over our regular oven since it heats up fast.

Cons

The outer black portion is a matte black, that means any and all grease marks show. When a oven uses quartz or halogen lighting to heat, they tend to crack.

Packaging/appearance

Looks beautiful and sleek on the countertop.

Also i need the packaging to do the return.

Even if the return shipping is my expense i need the packaging.
