The pans are sturday and they heat evenly.
Fantastic ease of use, great design and material construction.
I experimented with a couple cakes without any butter or flour for the pans, and they simply did not release after cooling.
They never, ever stick even without any oil or flour.

The price was right as well for this product.
Expensive, but if you buy one you'll never have to replace it.

Spray with baking spray the one with oil and flour in it such as pam for baking have baking parchment on hand and cut circles for the bottom spray again and bake for the time shown in directions

Some cakes very well may slide right out after cooling a bit but my favorite carrot cake recipe did not
