Pros

The handles are sturdy and makes mover this roaster very easy. Perfect gravy every time. Add water or broth to the bottom during the roasting time to prevent the over browning of the juices, which results in a too dark gravy.

Rack cleans like a dream in dishwasher. Clean-up is easy, with only the rack requiring some scrubbing. It is bulky but it’s expected.

It is lighter than my old roasting pan. Mysterious antistick coating is amazing. Cooks wonderful prime ribs.

Cons

The metal is extremely thin and will warp at higher roasting temps. An enameled roaster is easier. The highest temp i used was 400.

My second complaint is with the bale handles.

Only have a 17 “ oven fits perfect with the handles.

Competitiveness

Unfortunately, saw it for half the cost at bedbath and beyond, right after purchasing.

I think i will purchase the calphalon 14-inch triply.
