Pros

We are thoroughly impressed by the quality of the new product. The durability and ease of use are wonderful.

I only use plastic utensils, and hand wash them when i’m done cooking, and i don’t have any scratches or discoloration. These are nicely made and cook evenly as well. Being dishwasher safe is just an added bonus.

Calphalon is a good name in kitchenware. This is the best cookware i have ever owned. The size of the saute skillet with lid is perfect.

No more fiddling with the temp dial to find a happy medium between boiling over and not boiling at all. They distribute the heat well. I luv, luv,. Luv the boil over lids. Over boil protector also works.

Cons

They stick, metal scratches them, they have burn marks and discoloration on bottom and the outside after one use. They are not dishwasher safe. The nonstick coating is incredibly fragile and will scratch within days of basic use.

I wish the gift giver could get their money back. It's like they made it to fail just after the amazon warranty expires. My thought is this one pan was defective some how. Save your money, they aren't worth it.
