Whatever the exterior surfaces of these pans are coated with is just horrible. Handles get really hot on the stove top and the small area of protection on the handle is not enough. These pots and pans are so light they can tip off the stove easily.

The non-stick coating works as advertised, and so far no scratches or discoloration.

I returned these pans because i have an induction stove and the only thing stainless steel on these pans are the handles.

The pots and pans heat quickly and evenly, and the handles stay cool to the touch.

Price

For the price they make excellent everyday cookware.

For the price i thought these were excellent.

It's not a big deal, but something i pay attention to when cleaning.
