Pros

The roaster is heavy duty and very sturdy. I add water or broth to the bottom during the roasting time to prevent the over browning of the juices, which results in a too dark gravy. The best part - perfect gravy every time.

It is not nonstick at all. The metal is extremely thin and will warp at higher roasting temps. Pan is lightweight.

What a joke for $80. It is way overpriced at $59. Need to contact amazon for the issue" "very disappointed. Emailed calphalon almost a week ago and still no answer.

This new version of the roaster with the upright fixed handles looks much better.

But i was very pleased how sturdy the pan was along with the v-rack.

My second complaint is with the bale handles.

Only have a 17 “ oven fits perfect with the handles.
