Pros

Calphon pots and pans are one of our favorite cookware. Comes with several strainer lid options and pour spout on both sides. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low simmer and place lid with vents open, 8 minutes.

The look is very sleek and looks good on a countertop. It’s great, and it looks gorgeous hanging from my pot rack.

Cons

Flimsy, best two word description is cheap flimsy. About 40% of the coating on the bottom is now gone.

For some reason this pot loses its outer finish when put through the dishwasher. And, it has a draining lid, again - so what.
