You have to adjust the way you cook it does a great job of heat distribution so you have to cook at a lower temp

However i dont find myself using the measurements on the pans to cook with and the lids are not water tight so the pour spouts are really just a superfluous feature that really just feel like a gimmicky after thought

The ones on my set look like someone just came alone with a set of industrial pliers and light bent the opposite edges of the pots
