Pros

The depth of the pot keeps food from spilling over the sides when your cooking. The non-stick coating is not as slippery as other pans. They clean easily with soap, water, and sponge. Great for cooking sausages and small portions of food.

Cons

As others have stated, i have old calphalon pans from 2007 that are still in better shape than this new one! This 12 select pan is not even close to the traditional caphalon quality. Very disappointed in this pan.

After 3 months of use, the 12-inch pan is now warped and does not sit flat. Heat distribution is also uneven due to it being warped. It’s half the weight and the coating is flaking off. The pan is clearly defective.

Great pan; use it daily and will purchase another when i wear this one out

It is very good product though a bit heavy
