Pros

This pan is truly non-stick. This replaces a zwilling no stick pan that stuck like crazy from day one. Really top quality long lasting cookware.

Cons

The non-stick coating is shot. The warranty is a brick on the toe scam as calphalon requires that you send it back to them for a possible warranty replacement. The replacement was also chipped.
