Both of these griddles used together are considerably cheaper than buying the ws calphalon elite griddle. Only drawback for me is storage!

I am still stunned at how well this pan cooks food. I love all pans calphalon.

Low sides make it perfect for pancakes and sliding a spatula under a sandwich to flip it. I make my pancakes very thin almost crepe like so a good non-stick griddle is critical. Easy to flip the pancake.

Cons

Calphalon contemporary cookware is extremely poor quality. Both griddles were warped and didn't lay flat on the burner. After only a few months the pan is severely warped and now unusable.
