Quality
These pans are of higher quality and sit level on the stove.
Excellent quality and workmanship - heavy duty - great purchase.
I've replaced (supplemented really) both with the exact same model from calphalon.
Packaging/appearance
The 10 on even had a scratch on it right out of the box, but still performs as if it doesn't.
Competitiveness
I recently discovered that they also make this in an 8-inch model, which i've since purchased.
The non-stick surface lasts a realky long time, no peeling etc.
I had a t-fal, which i liked, with my old stovetop, but it only heated around the edge of the pan on the glass top.
I hope they can last more than a year!

I will write a more complete review when ive had the pans longer but i wanted to point out one important point that is not obvious from the material here and i had to dig around to find it on the calphalon website too and that is these pans are not broiler safe
