Shopped and compared then finally ordered these for about $139. A good knife is worth its weight in gold and these are worth every penny! They arrived promptly and we'll packed.

The steak knives have rust spots after the first wash and the black handles have drastically faded. Want to go to the emergency room when a knife blade breaks off and injures you?

I sometimes try to avoid sliding them in along the sharpener to try and keep the blades

I dont think they truly at all need to be sharpened at all every time

Of course like others have said about the steak knives i wish they had the searated edge all the way instead of just the first aprx 2 inches or so

The block unfortunately gets some scratches from in and out use which shows the lighter color of the wood under the stain
