Pros

The planer is sturdy and the blade is straight unlike the oxo which is rather flimsy and wavy. Sturdy, does what it says it does. Easy to clean, fits my hand nicely.

Has worked wonderfully. But the price is right. A must for all cheese lovers. Item works as described.

Cons

The grip on this cheese plane is very nice but the blade bends where it meets the handle if you apply too much pressure. It is then worthless as it never holds together again. The gap to slice cheese is too big, it’s difficult to make thin slices.
