The pans are hard anodized which makes them pretty nonstick although i do have some muchmore expensive ones that i feel do a better job

My only real complaint is that they are very lightweight compared to what i have been using so i make sure that i dont use a very high flame when cooking because of my fear that they wont last very long if i do
