Calphalon quality - you’ll be amazed and how heavy and durable this pan is!
Not a single of them feels of the quality this one does.
If you want a flat sheet, it warped a little, but that does not in any way interfere with the final product!

These holes will also allow any water that accidentally gets in during washing to drain out unlike what happens when the seal on an airbake pan leaks
