This pan is a great non-stick pizza pan and i never had issues with the pizza getting stuck on it.
Some of the cheese made contact with the pan but it slid off with ease.
If these last another 15 years, we will replace them again with the same brand.
Packaging/appearance
The current packaging is explicit: do not use non-stick spray, which will ruin the pan.
Apparently the older version of the packaging offered conflicting instructions regarding the use of non-stick spray.

This allows enough air to go through to crisp the crust but prevents a giant mess in the bottom of my oven
