This wok gets rather hotter than other nonsticks ive used on the same stove i think this is because its thicker than the others and therefore has more heat capacity and the nonstick surface releases food very easily

Purists will of course scoff at this wok because the 34best34 woks are supposed to be carbon steel or thinhammered cast iron and because there is a limit to how hot a nonstick wok can get

But if youre typically rushing dinner onto the table for a family of four and lack the patience to break up your proteins into 34 smaller batches for searing because your toddler is hangry af then the hottest of the nonsticks will have to do and this is the hottest of the nonsticks that ive found so far

My only disappointment in this new wok is that it wasn’t available with a lid and the lid from my existing 13inch pan doesn’t fit
