So, when i got this calphalon premier ceramic non-stick frying pan, i especially made some fried rice as usual.

The 10" pan weight about 2lb 5oz whereas the 8" pan weight 1lb 13oz.
The finish is top-notch, clearly a step above cheaper alternatives, and i love the sleek grey color.
