Pros

Calphalon product owner for many years. These pans are awesome. Very durable.

These are thick and best for sturdy. They seem tough and resistant to chipping. Heavy enough to assure even heating and able to withstand the use of metal utensils. I purchased silicone and wood turners/ tools to use.

The all metal handles allow for use on the stovetop and in the oven. It's perfect for frying! Especially frying pans.

Cons

The mineral shield appears to be a gimmick. The bottom was warped.
