Pros & Cons
Pros
The santoku has a decent weight to it, most of it coming from the base. The presence of a pair of legs at the bottom ensures that the block remains firmly in place. The weights of each piece are nicely balanced.
Self sharpening knife block. Built-in sharpening mechanism. Each knife has its own sharpener so it's always sharpened.
This is the nicest knife block set i've ever had. These knives are easy to clean and shaped well for cutting they also feel great in the hand and the block looks handsome on my counter.
These are the best knives we've ever owned. They are well-balanced and full tang so they have a true quality feel to them.
No more digging around to find the right knife. Very attractive on counter. I get compliments about how nice the set looks.
