I boiled sweet potatoes for our christmas dinner and steamed more in the upper basket simply to speed up the process and i found them to be ready too once the lower pot had boiled that set properly

The biggest thing is determining where to fill the line because as it boils the water will rise and with the steamer baskets the visual threw me off from what i’m used to as you don’t see the rise if you have the second basket in

My friend loaned hers to a neighbor and it came back smelling terribly of garlic and she couldnt get the odor out of the pot so we knew what the replacement would be
